It is Gordonstoun’s policy to carry out Proctecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) checks on all Student Leaders appointed to the School, as recommended by the Scottish Executive Education Department. This involves presenting names of new staff to Disclosure Scotland for an enhanced check against criminal records and other lists which contain names of those not suitable for close contact with young people.

Additional Information

Successful Applicants will be asked to provide a reference from a member of staff at their school. If Gordonstoun International Summer School has a pre-existing relationship with the school, we will contact them directly. If not, a contact name and details will be requested.
